Biography

Susan Riffe teaches graduate courses in financial accounting, financial reporting and analysis, and advanced topics including derivatives and foreign exchange. A member of the 天美传媒 faculty since 1992, she is passionate about giving her students a strong foundational understanding of financial statements and encouraging them that accounting is fun! Her teaching awards include:

  • 2018 and 2023 Barbara and James Mangum Endowed Award for Teaching Excellence
  • 2014 C. Jackson Grayson Faculty Innovation Award
  • 2002 and 2005 Distinguished Teacher in the MBA Program
  • 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2009, and 2013 Outstanding Teaching in the MBA Program
