Molly joins ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Methodist University as a proud first-generation college graduate and two-time alumna of Baylor University, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication. She brings a strong background in higher education communications, with expertise in social media strategy, website management, event planning, and student engagement.

Before joining ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½, Molly served as a Communications Specialist in Baylor University’s Human Resources department, where she supported the Student Employment team. In this role, she led initiatives to enhance student worker engagement, developed digital content across multiple platforms, and coordinated events aimed at connecting students with meaningful on-campus employment opportunities.

Molly is dedicated to creating meaningful student experiences through thoughtful communication and inclusive programming. She looks forward to contributing to a vibrant campus community at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ and making a positive impact through her work.
