Getting Around

Those who do not have a vehicle often carpool with classmates, ride their bike to campus, use services like  and , or take the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Mustang Express (ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ bus line), which runs around our campus and to popular student apartment areas.

The DART system extends around the Dallas area as well, for convenient access to shopping, dining, and amenities beyond our campus borders.

Scooter Policy

Please note that scooters are not permitted within Ford Hall.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Mustang Express

Our complimentary shuttle system offers transportation around campus for ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ faculty, staff, students, and guests. Request your pass through the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Parking and ID Card Services Office, and you have unlimited access to DART Rail and buses.

Red Shuttle (DART 440)

The ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Express Red Shuttle takes you to campus, popular student apartment areas and nearby stores, services and restaurants. And you can connect to the DART Rail Red, Blue or Orange Line and other buses at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½/Mockingbird Station. In Session Service schedule operates when classes are in session in the Fall and Spring Semesters. 

Blue Shuttle (DART 442)

The ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Express Blue Shuttle offers complimentary transportation around the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ main and East campuses for ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ faculty, staff, students and guests. The new Blue Route significantly increases the number of stops on the main ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ campus while also serving additional parking areas on the East campus.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Shuttle Tracking App

The free Passio GO! app is a helpful way to see where Express buses are currently located along the service routes. In the app, select “ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Methodist University" or "ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½" as the transit agency.
